The purpose of these services in to be used as an adjunct to your medical care in conjunction with your medical providers. It is recommended that you inform your providers if you are using the services through this website or through the Injectful App. Consult a physician if you need medical attention for your health conditions. The services available on this website and through the Injectful App are not a substitute for medical care. Injectful does not diagnose or treat your health conditions. Fees and Payment

Injectful reserves the right to require fees or payment for certain Services either through the Injectful website or via the Injectful mobile app. If you subscribe to any of the available services, you shall be responsible for paying all applicable fees. 

 

With prior notice to you, Injectful reserves the right to adjust its price and institute new charges at any time. In this case, you will be notified by email or posted on the Services website and/or app. Election by you to use the the Services following notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges.

Any discount or promotion code or offer provided by Injectful may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offer, past or present. Unless otherwise set forth in the terms of the applicable promotion, all promotions or discounts will apply to the initial period of the subscription, and any renewals may be subject to the pricing in effect at the time of renewal for the type of subscription purchased.

In order to use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. You acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are at least 18 years old. Injectful may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity and change our eligibility criteria at any time for any reason. As part of the Services, we have designed programs and content to provide information related to health and wellness. Consult with your healthcare providers before using our Services. You testify that you are in good enough health to begin these Services. The Services and content through this website and the Injectful mobile app require user participation. Individual results may vary after going through the programs and services provided by Injectful. Injectful does not guarantee that you will achieve your health or wellness goals.
